I just love this beautiful skirt! It has an off white lace that is on top of a tan flower print. There are some pale greens, pinks and burgundy in the flower pattern. It has an elastic waist. The tag says Tumbleweeds Phoenix, Arizona. It is 50% cotton, 50% Polyester. Professionally Dry Clean only.
